What is  ?Put simply, is an online curling event manager. If you are a
curling club or just a group planning to run an event, this site allows you to create your teams, enter your schedule, and live score your events and leagues all with
an automated leaderboard. In the case where you have multiple events/leagues under your brand, you can create a specific location on the site that will only
show the events you manage. Not only that, we also have an iPhone app so people can follow along in real time.Does host physical events?No. We are not in the business of hosting physical events, rather we provide an online presence for other people's events so their players and fans can follow along in real time. Who can use ? is working to try to open the site up for others to use. While we are confident that the site
is error free (given we are now in our third year of hosting events), we none-the-less are going through testing. At some point, we
will open it up to a limited amount of other users to ensure we are able to offer an unmatched level of service.Will you host my event/league/series? The short answer is, it really depends on if your event is something we can easily host with our existing configurations. Send an email to us by clicking here and we will try to work with you to see if we can host your event. How much does cost?This solution was developed as a hobby by the parent of two competitive junior curlers. Having an online site to track their scores in real time and allow other parents, grandparents and fans to watch their kids progress throughout the season was the driving force behind it. As I would like others to be able to do the same, there are no plans at moment to charge for using the site. All we ask it that if you end up using this site, you send us an email after your event to provide us with feedback on what worked, what didn't, and how we can improve this free service in the future. If it worked well for you and your event(s), a simple "Thank you" will be sufficent. Since the site is free, what happens if it goes down? We have not had a significant failure for any event we have hosted over the past 2 years. That said, if something were to happen, we would do our best to get it rectified so it did not impact your event. We are confident nothing will go wrong, but we obviously can't offer any guarantees. |
